Thank you for two delightful, productive days. I'm going to finish that Poinsettia runner for sure! I hope to see you come back and teach this old dog some new tricks.

Thank you Charlie and Crew.
A grateful customer, Colleen

Just wanted you to know while you were in Monahans on the 4th, I purchased a fine marking chalk pen, and it is the best I've ever used. Thanks a lot.
Thanks , Dolores

I spoke with you yesterday regarding my problems with marking fine lines on dark fabrics. Thank you for your advise. You mentioned sending photos of completed quilts. The attached are photos of the baby quilt I made for my infant grandson. It was my first quilt! I did not use an existing pattern; I made the patterns for characters and went from there.
Again thank you for your help. Karen Dugo

WOW!  You are great!  I got everything Saturday.  Love your DVD.  It's exactly what I need. Thank you. Linda Ann Nelson

I purchased I believe is the starter set of circle templets small/medium/large (Less Than Traditional)at the Puyallup Quilt Show. It came in a package with all three sizes of templets. I think it was about $38. I also purchased the book Flowers & Other Things at $12:89. It was near the end of the day on Friday. I got home and just got into looking at what I purchased and only the book is in my bag. No templates.
Did you by chance find the set I bought that got left behind and not put in my bag? If so it is mine and I need to find out how to get it. I will be glad to pay for postage. If you did not find it then I need to order another set. Everyone was very busy and I know things can happen. I should have checked my bag. I was busy still looking at what you had on the wall. Any way. please let me know. Thanks and I loved the little seminar. She was great. Thanks again. Linda

Hi: Linda, you mean the templates were not stapled in the book????????? "Charlie"

No, I purchased the round templetes as she showed in the demo. I bought all three, small, medium, and large. I bought them in a sealed clear plastic pkg that were at the front left side of the table that crossed the front of the booth. It is a clear plastic round circle with markings on it Thanks. Linda

Linda: Per our conversation I am mailing the 3 piece set today. Again, sorry for any inconvenience!!! Your card was charged $20.00 as agreed upon. Thanks Again!!!

Thanks again so much. Be assured I will order other things from you for sure. I will let you know when I receive them.  I sure will share your site and the information to purchase the templates and more when I got to Quilt Club. I just joined Camino Island Quilt club. You went above and beyond for me. Thanks again. Linda

I bought the large set at the San Mateo Show & I am halfway through my first set of 4.  I promised Raylene I would at least finish that, however, I must confess, I've become a circle-fool!!  This will finally be the first quilt I will have completed & will be entering the finished result in our local county fair!  Thank you for giving me a solution to get going.

Hello Charlie!
I just finally got the time to watch your video. Wow, lots of changes from when I learned this. My first experience with this method, years ago before I even met you, was from a paper pattern. I am sure I still have it somewhere in my stuff!!
Anyway, I used a pinking shears to cut around my sewn circles and it seemed to work okay. I guess the yellow plastic curves makes it faster? And I never had the yellow ruler years ago, I just used the square template. I now have your ruler and your circles that I bought from you in Houston.
And the basting part., Oh, my, I never did any of that. But then my points never ever came out right and I always had to hide the joinings with a yo-yo!! too funny. so, you say the basting really does make your circle nice and smooth? I used a knitting needle to go around the inside of my circles.
Lets see, what else is different. the marking of the sewing lines is so much better now, I made more mistakes with drawn lines on the outside ofmy circles and then I had to hide all the lines with a fancy stitch. I should take a picture of one of the first ones I did and send it to you. You will laugh. I did. As a matter of fact, I will take the picture right now. standby.
Too funny, right?
And, if I remember correctly, the pattern was titled "sewing in the round"....or maybe quilting in the round.........would this have been you? You have always been the only one that did this pattern, right?
Anyway, I brought the quilt in to the ladies quilt group today, and oh, my, they all went crazy and want to learn how to do it. they want me to give a class. yeah, right. I said, I will bring in Charlie on her video and you can learn right from her. so, that's it. I will bring in my computer on Friday, we meet twice a week, and let them watch your video. I will give them your website and hopefully they will go from there.............
Sandy
ps, can't wait to try your new method.............
